Avalon #20

Facilities are still very comfortable. Our experience was severly damaged by other tenants. There was a group who occupied the bottom 3 units of our building. Their unsupervised children made the pool impossible to enjoy. The adult behavior of screaming in the ocean, drunken time on the beach forced us to go to the Weston, Ritz, or Kimpton to have some peice and quiet. Even though those facilities were much busier, the behavior of the vacationers was fun but polite.

Our home away from home
The Avalon is truly our home away from home. We stay here every year (over 10 years now). This year we stayed in unit 20, which was absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. The only negatives were that the view of the water is partially blocked by trees, and there is no full-length mirror in the unit (important for us ladies, LOL). But overall, the Avalon is truly paradise. The beach is perfect, the pool is perfect, the location is perfect, the unit layouts are perfect. Sharon & Taj are always a pleasure to work with... very kind and extremely accommodating. We look forward to returning again next year!

Perfect beach location in Grand Cayman!
Wow! A beautiful spot on SMB that is a perfect combination of privacy and convenience. The deep, uncrowded beach at Avalon is getting VERY hard to find on the island and offers a relaxing environment. The shops, restaurants, bakery, gym, and convenience store across the street at the Grove make it feel like a high amenity boutique hotel, but you have the privacy and space of a 3 bed/3bath condo with garage parking. Love it at Avalon #20!

Vacation review

Always Great
We have been coming to The Avalon for the past 15 years and have no interest in trying anywhere else. Our family and a few sets of friends visit The Avalon annually for 2 weeks. Always exceptional.

Avalon accommodated a wonderful two week vacation
The Avalon rental staff and property and unit I was fortunate enough to stay in during my vacation in the grand caymans made everything seamless and relaxing and I enjoyed everything about it. I don’t have one complaint other than I wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent Stay!
This location and property were excellent, very clean and well managed.

This property is close to a building that will be under construction for the next year, so it was a little loud during the week, but no way to get around that.

Perfect Stay
My stay at Avalon Condo in Grand Cayman was absolutely amazing! The condo is beautiful, with modern furnishings and breathtaking sea views. Waking up to the sound of waves on Seven Mile Beach was a dream come true.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We also loved relaxing by the pool and taking advantage of the well-equipped fitness center.

In short, Avalon Condo offers a fantastic beachfront experience with excellent amenities and service. It was the perfect island getaway, and I can't wait to go back. A solid 5-star recommendation!

Another Successful week at Avalon
Third time at Avalon. First time in Unit 20. Arrived Sunday and pick up
Of keys was easy. Great week. Met a few of the owners. Nice and quiet until the week end when it got noisy with some new families. On Sunday morning the unit beside me decided to move furniture at 5 am and have loud conversations with their doors open. Guess they don’t respect people on vacation

A week at The Avalon #20
We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Avalon #20. The unit was immaculate and well-appointed with modern appliances, etc. The views overlooking the beach and the beach access made it complete. The only downside was the small number of restaurants within easy walking distance. However, local bus and taxi service was readily available to make up for this.

Cayman condos
Avalon condos are the perfect place to experience the quiet serene beauty of Cayman Islands 7 mile beach. They are beautifully appointed and managed units. The beach area is stunning, you feel as if you have the beach to yourself.
