The Avalon #18 is Fabulous!!!
We loved staying at the Avalon. We had our two kids and their spouses with us. It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate out quite a bit (try Tillie’s and Coccoloba!!) but could have dined in every meal bc there’s a big dining room table and lots of counter space in the kitchen. The balcony is a wonderful place to hang out. The view is fantastic- bright blue water and white sand. And there are plenty of chairs and shade on that lovely beach, so no stress about having to get up early to get your beach chair!! Woo hoo!!! Big shout outs to Yolanda (a great housekeeper and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping service!!) and to Taj (the manager at the front desk who was always there to lend a hand)!! We’ve already booked our stay for next year!!!

Beautifully Finished
We have stayed at several different condos on 7 Mile Beach over the years and this was the best of the bunch. While the location speaks for itself this condo was immaculately decorated. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We would absolutely stay in this unit again.

SIx stars out of Five
We are repeat visitors to The Avalon Condos. We love it there, the condos are so comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, close to groceries, restaurants and smack dab in the best part of Seven Mile Beach.
There are always chaises available, no rushing to get your spot.
The staff is kind and helpful, just like a second home.

Wonderful family vacation
First. The furniture on the outside porch was the most comfortable ever. Comfortable swivel rocker and the sofa was perfect for naps. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. Big screen tv in living room was great for watching college bowl games. The pull down shades on the porch were needed on sunny afternoons

Thanksgiving 2024
We were very pleased with accommodations at the condo. Avalon is just the complete package for us. Nothing better than being right on the beach. Pickleball courts were a great addition for our family.

Great views and location!
Great unit with a great view and location. Staff was very friendly, attentive and kept everything clean and in good shape. Beach access was great with plenty of furniture. Nice spot to snorkel right off beach and close distance to other water sports. We stayed during hurricane Beryl and staff was great at keeping us informed of the situation and government updates.

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking view!
We loved our stay at Avalon. It's quiet and private, which we loved. If you want to take a stroll down the beach for drinks or food, you're close enough to get to a busier resort. However, it's wonderful to walk out and always have a beach chair near the water and feel like you're the only one in the ocean. The property managers are warm, helpful & friendly. They made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. It's a very special place and one we will always return to when visiting the Caymans.
