Fantastic vacation!
We had a wonderful experience staying at Avalon Condo’s during our recent vacation to Grand Cayman. The location was great, the property is well maintained and housekeeping was reliable and did a great job.

Consistently Enjoyable
Have stayed here now for close to 25 years and it’s always the same amazing spot. Staff is excellent and condos are clean and well maintained. The beach is awesome, albeit a new mid rise is being constructed and nearing completion immediately next door. There was little or no impact to our experience and we’ll be staying here again in the near future.

Absolute fun and Avalon management made vacation effortless
Well maintained property by management and staff. Friendly and secure rental that met all my families needs. Awesome crew and effortless vacation where everything I needed to have a week of vacation was available. Much appreciated Avalon I’ll be visiting again.

Wonderful location for a quiet vacation.
We have stayed at Avalon before and it has been consistently nice and relaxing. The beach is right behind you and is uncrowded and pristine. We had paddle boards delivered and we’re able to snorkel and paddle each day. You can dine by walking across the street or down the beach in either direction and the condominium units have spacious kitchens. One issue: the property is supposed to be smoke free but one guest smoked a cigar all week with no intervention from management and it was very annoying depending upon the direction of the wind. Rules are made for the benefit of all guests and the no smoking rule must be enforced. Another experience like this and we will rent elsewhere. The management staff is lovely and very easy to deal with and we hope they read this review.

Exceptional Condo
The condo is very modern, spacious, and housekeeping is excellent with daily cleaning and beach towel replacements. Wonderful check in experience. Very private beach and clean pool. A piece of Heaven!

Beautiful vacation rental!
We had a wonderful stay at the Avalon, unit 12. The whole property is gorgeous and very well maintained, and unit 12 is beautifully decorated, well situated and well stocked. The management office is very friendly and helpful. We would happily return.

FUN TIME IN THE CAYMANS
as usual things were great. we have seen the island really grow in the past 35 years. and we keep coming back. this trip reminded us of the old days since there were a lot less people.

January Stay At Avalon Condos
Everything was wonderful.. Very friendly staff, great location with a mostly private beach, fabulous swimming waters, etc. We visit every year when possible.
