Gratefully soaking in paradise over Thanksgiving week
From the moment we stepped into the unit to our first footprints in the velvety sand, our bodies felt immediately relaxation and appreciation for our surroundings. The unit at the Avalon felt tidy, spacious, well appointed and clean. The location on seven mile beach is just perfect as it has a beautiful beachfront and it is an easy walk across the street to a small market or a fabulous steakhouse, Mykonos. We have already booked a return stay for next Thanksgiving and are hoping to get 2 additional units for family.

Great Place!
Avalon condos were perfect for 2 families including a baby & toddler. We did have a couple of glitches with our unit. We did not have a washing machine for the first 3 days. Not a huge deal as we understand things happen, but a slight inconvenience as we had little ones. More concerning was we lost all water on a Sunday evening. Office was closed, and it too awhile to make connections to get it repaired. A problem as we just returned from beach, dinner reservations and could not shower, wash baby bottles, etc. We missed our dinner and had a “stressful” time getting cleaned up. Again not a huge problem, but added to the washing machine issue, seems like we could have been offered a bit of refund. Just 2 unlucky glitches. Otherwise complex was perfect and will definitely consider returning.

Summer 2025
My family enjoyed the Avalon and all the friendly staff for an amazing two week vacation. It’s close to many restaurants and shops. The Avalon has the best beach of any rental on the island. Thank you again for another amazing vacation at the Avalon on 7 mile beach Grand Cayman.

Absolutely wonderful! Accommodations are perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful! Would not stay anywhere else on 7 Mile Beach!!

SIx stars out of Five
Our return stay was even better than the last time, didn't think that was possible. The staff here make you feel welcome and at home. The condo we stayed in was immaculate, beautifully furnished and what a view, wow. No shortage of chaise lounges, no hassle getting a spot in the shade or the sun. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. We will be back.

Great Weekend Getaway!
Our family had a wonderful 4-day weekend getaway at the Avalon Condominiums. Everything was very convenient as the condos are located directly on the beach and offer garage parking. Our condo was extremely well maintained and cleaned daily by a cleaning service. The staff was incredibly friendly.

We had a great time walking from pool to beach in a matter of seconds, and the many resorts on 7-mile beach offer rentals such as paddle boards, jet skis, etc. Best of all, there are small reefs just off the shore where we saw many different species of fish, sea turtles, and sting rays.

We will definitely be returning to the Avalon Condominiums!

Great place with beautiful view
Our experience could not have been any more perfect. The condo was great! Well kept with up to date amenities. Our favorite part about the condo itself was the back patio that faces the beach and ocean. Screened in porch you can enjoy breakfast with gorgeous views of the crystal clear water. Perfect location away from the crowds. Management of the property was great and very nice. Housekeeper was sweet lady that took care of us daily. It was a perfect vacation, couldn’t be happier.
