A Perfect Week
We like to vacation in new places every year and have been to many islands in the Carribean. We typically prefer novelty over familiarity and don't come return to the same place but could see ourselves making an exception with the Avalon. We loved everything about our stay, including the unit decor and the lovely pool, but the star of the show was the fabulous beach - the soft white sand and the crystal-clear water. There's nothing like rolling out of bed first thing in the morning, walking 20ft to the water's edge and taking a dip to wake the senses.

We rented a car and found the included garage parking very convenient. We were able to explore a lot of the island and saw the endangered blue iguanas, swam with turtles and stingrays, got close to starfish and interacted with the bioluminescent algae in Bio Bio.

With two young kids, having daily housekeeping was a welcome amenity. (We use a lot of towels!). Also, while beach erosion is a problem at many properties located south of the Avalon - towards George Town - it's not an issue here as the beach is doing very well. In fact, it's one of the main reasons we initially picked this property over others to the south - those other properties, unfortunately, have lost much of their beach.

Overall, everyone had a wonderful time and, as mentioned, we will certainly keep the Avalon in mind when planning our next family vacation.

Grand Cayman Avalon Condo
As a returning guest, our stay was better than ever! Our first-floor condo was only a few steps from the beautiful blue waters off Seven Mile Beach. It just gets better and better for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The on-site manager, Raj, was very helpful and kind. He was most helpful with shopping, restaurant and transportation questions which were great!

Wilt Family Review
We had a great time coming back to Grand Cayman and staying at The Avalon. This was our second time staying at these condos and by far was our favorite unit. Decorated well, maintained and clean with walk out to sand and ocean. We love The Avalon due to it being a quiet location on 7-mile beach with great sand and water. Staff is always helpful and professional. We will be back!

Excellent stay
Great location on 7 mile beach. The property was beautiful and the walk out from the screened in porch onto the sand was great for the family.

Perfect Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Cayman-as always. We’ve been coming to the island for 20 years but this was our first stay at the Avalon. Beautiful condo - very well stocked- and the staff was lovely! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Paradise
This was our second experience with Avalon and it was everything we expected and more. The location is ideal with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The units are beautifully decorated and maintained and the private beach is pristine. We will be back!

Fabulous
We were very pleased with every aspect of the Avalon. The location was perfect, the condo was beautiful and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!

Excellent, great spot, well cared for grounds, good housekeeping.
Kitchen pots and pans need to be expanded, only one small and one large pot. Need a large mixing bowl

Great vacation place
We have been coming to Cayman Islands for years, Avalon is absolutely amazing place to stay. We love it! Quiet, clean and most beautiful beach. Everyone is most friendly and welcoming.

Beachfront Condo
