Unit #6 is a ground floor, end unit located in the middle block. It has beach access and a perfect beach view with screened porch with seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a kind size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower and bedroom 3 has a bathtub both with single vanities. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, with Stereo in the main living area and free high speed wireless internet.

Paradise 2

Great Condo in Excellent Location on Seven Mile Beach

Great place, nice people
We have stayed at the Avalon numerous times. We have previously stayed in Unit 25 on the third floor. Beautiful unit with spectacular view. This year we stayed in Unit 6 because we brought grandchildren. This unit is on first floor with easier access with children. Both units appointed nicely and clean. Staff always friendly, helpful and professional. We have nothing but positive things to say about the Avalon and highly recommend staying there.
