Perfect in every way
I know many people rely on other people’s reviews and experiences to decide whether to rent a certain house/condo. I hope this review helps you decide. We rented condo 6 for 8 nights during March 2026. We brought our adult children and our 15 month old grandson. Total 6 adults and a baby. There was plenty of space for all of us. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms had king beds and the 3rd room had twins. The king beds were honestly some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. We meant to look at the mattress name before we left to see if we could get the same mattress for our home. The two twin beds worked great for our other two sons. They are big men 6’ and the other 6’4” and they slept great in the twin beds. The condo has a stackable washer and dryer that worked great. The staff were so sweet and helpful. They had a crib size baby bed and a high chair already in the condo for us upon our arrival. The internet works great. My husband and two of my sons unfortunately ended up working a lot while there but the screened in porch, fast internet, and the close proximity to the pool and the beach meant that they were still able to enjoy much of their day. Being on the first floor made such a difference for my family. We enjoyed walking down to Bonny Moon for afternoon appetizers and drinks. Island Natural, Mykonos Steakhouse, and a 24 hr/7 days a week small grocery store are all easy walks as well. The office staff gave us great info for beach float rentals. We rented a round floating hammock that we all lived on. The perfect way to stay cool. The Avalon has a great beach and the other guest were wonderful. Most we talked to had been renting here for several years. It’s that kind of place. We will be back!

Beachfront paradise
I loved staying here at the Avalon. The condo was perfect, and steps away from the white sand, and beautiful beach. Inside the condo was nice and clean, and amenities were great. Also, very nice to have tennis court and fitness workout room. I can’t wait to come back!

Family Friendly with Ideal location on Seven Mile
We recently returned to Grand Cayman for a family vacation. We have been to Grand Cayman numerous times, but this was our first stay at Avalon condos. They have the best location on Seven Mile., with close proximity to restaurants, Caymana Bay. We travelled with 4 small children, and found the Avalon to be a great family friendly rental experience. The condo was spotless, and just steps to the perfect beach. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, but we spent most of our time on the beach. There were always enough umbrellas and loungers with unobstructed views of the water. The beach is shallow and the kids were able to swim and wade easily.
The condo had a great layout for our family of 6. The properly was cleaned daily and extremely well maintained. Staff were lovely. We will definitely be back.

A piece of heaven in the middle of 7 Mile Beach
The Avalon Condominiums (and this specific unit) are well-maintained, well managed and perfectly situated. We could walk right out to the pool, the hot tub and beach from our back porch. Pickle ball in the mornings was fun, and we could walk to the Westin for an afternoon drink. The water on the beach is calm and warm and the Australian pines provide a perfect natural shade for reading a book. The kitchen in our condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch and the occasional dinner. A perfect family vacation.

Paradise 2
We love Avalon so much that this year we rented two units! The second as beautiful as the first. This is the perfect place for a family vacation and we are already planning our return!

Best location on the Island!
Never disappoints! We’ve been staying here for years! Beautiful updated accommodations and amenities and you can’t beat the views!! Close to restaurants and shopping!! We will keep coming back!

Great Condo in Excellent Location on Seven Mile Beach
Condo is in a perfect location on seven mile beach. Ten steps to pool and another ten to beach. Recently updated and just as pictures show. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place, nice people
We have stayed at the Avalon numerous times. We have previously stayed in Unit 25 on the third floor. Beautiful unit with spectacular view. This year we stayed in Unit 6 because we brought grandchildren. This unit is on first floor with easier access with children. Both units appointed nicely and clean. Staff always friendly, helpful and professional. We have nothing but positive things to say about the Avalon and highly recommend staying there. We cannot wait to return next year!
