Absolute Paradise!
Lovely condo. Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful and centrally located for easy access and walking distance to great food and entertainment

Pemberton family trip
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Avalon. The condo was great the beach was great. This was the perfect stay to celebrate our granddaughter’s 16th birthday.

5 stars, A+ - nothing left to say
The condo was sparkling. Sharon and team were so kind and welcoming. They called us to inform the condo was ready. They helped us with our luggage as if this was a full service hotel. The housekeeping team was extremely friendly and gracious. Nothing but accolades from end to end.

Another lovely stay at AVALON
Sharon and Taj are always a pleasure to work with to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to the groundskeeper who found a pool noodle for my friend to use in the ocean. It was kind of him to search for one that was left behind from another guest. The condo was nicely updated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The cleaning crew was always respectful of our time and worked around our schedule for accessing the property.

The only improvement that would be SO NICE is if the groundskeepers would cleanup the tree debris outside of the ropes between the property and the ocean. The needles dropped from the trees really POKE bare feet.

Very good!
Condo kept very clean when Vinette started cleaning.
She's very good and hope to see her again.
The coffee maker is old and portable small oven on counter.
It's nice to have cleaning agent like Affresh to deep clean washing machine.
Keeping doors ajar prevents rust when not in use.
Hope this is helpful. We learned from when we owned a condo.��

Always a wonderful experience!
From the time we arrive until our departure, we are greeted by a friendly and congenial professional staff. Our condo is well-appointed and the custodial staff keeps our “home away from home” in spotless condition.

The property is well-taken care of. The quiet beach is just steps from your screened-in porch. The pool is a nice size for families to enjoy- even with wee ones.

We’ve been staying here for more than ten years. It’s perfect for our extended family vacation.

Paradise trip 2023
Loved returning to the Cayman's and the Avalon after a two year absence. 16th year staying at the Avalon and 20th in Grand Cayman. It just doesn't get any better!

Best Vacation Spot
From beginning to end everyone at The Avalon was super helpful, nice and gracious! From the reservationist, to the manager to the maid staff we were welcomed warmly. It was our third visit to The Avalon and will be beck!

Seven Mile Beach Wonderful!
2 couples, in a lovely 3 bedroom condo, nice porch, step out to the pool and then 10 steps to the beach.
Marvelous! A great spot on the the Beach and a well cared for property

Avalon #5
You know how much we love the Avalon otherwise we wouldn’t be returning for 25 years ! Two suggestions for improvement. 1 the dryer needs replacing and 2) the furniture is getting a little shabby. Been a while since it was replaced.
