Avalon #04

Cayman Summer 2024
Cayman and the Avalon was wonderful as usual. We have been reserving Unit 4 since it was first remodeled. The only negative comment I have is the rugs in the back king bedroom need to be cleaned. The rug in the family room also needs to be cleaned. It is a beautiful condo and we always want to stay in it.

DREAM VACATION
We stay at the Avalon every year and this has been our first time staying in Unit 4. I found the unit to be very pretty and comfortable for my family of 6.

Very nice condo experience

Best Place to Stay in Grand Cayman
Every time at the Avalon is a wonderful experience. The grounds are immaculate and the unit superb. This was our 4th stay and my assistant has stayed twice. We will all return.

Cayman Summer 2023
Our unit, the complex, the employees were fantastic as usual. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day. The staff was very helpful. We have been staying for 20 years and would not want to stay anywhere else! The construction noise was disruptive. We're hoping there won't be any in 2024.

Nirvana
The nicest development on Seven Mile Beach that has rentals. I’ve owned condos for 28 years on Cayman but the Avalon has the best beach and the classic three story design I’d Cayman days of the past. The three bedrooms were all well appointed and roomy. The garages are rare but essential for hottest months. I’d highly recommend for any family vacation.

The Perfect Vacation spot!
The Avalon never disappoints! The units are beautiful and very clean. The location is absolutely perfect. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub and just beyond is the beach. Far enough down seven mile beach to be away from the crowds yet walking distance to restaurants. We’ve been coming for years and will continue!

Always Awesome
Have been staying at Avalon for 25 years and plan to continue in the future.
Great family vacations over the years and now we’ve come full circle with grandkids added in. It’s our go to happy place in the sun!!

Avalon Unit 4
Superb. Finally moved up to Avalon. Double the price of where I was before and worth it. Having a newly remodeled tastefully decorated unit makes all the difference.
