Very Happy with our time at Avalon
Would definitely come back. Great location, helpful staff, plenty of chairs and shade on the beach. The apartment itself was spacious and convenient. Two patios with a screened in porch overlooking to beach. Very comfortable furniture, good Wi-Fi and space to spread out and work. Two coffee makers, a can opener, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer dryer, plenty of beach towels. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. Any quibbles we have were minor. The batteries in the fitness center died so it was pretty hot and a Sunday so the office was closed. Would be nice to have a few baggies or quart bags and the knives were pretty dull. No coffee measure, but they gave us a tablespoon. The light in front of the front door was extraordinarily bright and with a glass front door it lights up the front hall and means the doors to front bedrooms need to be closed to sleep, which in turn limits the airflow. Again, none of these negatives was a big deal.

Avalon 3 April Trip
Great trip, the unit was exactly like the video. We are repeat visitors to this unit and will return. Friendly and well maintained, and quiet after the Easter break :)

Another wonderful stay!
We have been to Avalon condominiums numerous times and find it a very relaxing and welcoming facility. We have all the conveniences of home plus a fantastic beach! I know we will continue coming here for years to come!

Avalon - Best kept secret

Family of 5 w/ young adults +1
Took family of 5 with 23-15 year old boys plus one girlfriend of the oldest. Had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, space was comfortable - big place and we didn’t feel cramped inside. Location is great. Didn’t take more than 10 minutes to get anywhere that we wanted to go. Close enough to big resorts to walk to along the beach if you wanted to go check that out. Secluded enough that we didn’t notice the cruise ship crowds.
Furnishings, beds, showers/tubs, kitchen - everything was great.

Amazing summer trip
The Avalon is an amazing vacation spot on seven mile beach in grand cayman. The amazing staff and beautiful condominiums make you feel right at home while enjoying the Amazing views and beach that these condominiums offer. Highly recommend.

Beach Paradise
Perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The condo and property were well maintained. Condo had daily maid service and plenty of beach towels. Everything was clean and the beach and chairs were groomed and repositioned every evening. Staff were warm and welcoming. We had an absolutely wonderful time! Hoping to return!

Perfect stay
This is my 4th time I’m Cayman and The Avalon was by far my favorite condo. Perfect location, clean, well stocked. My original reason for booking was the gym which while dated had everything I needed.

9 days in paradise
We love Grand Cayman Island and have visited over a dozen times in 30 years. Our most recent visits include 5 stays at the Avalon. It has been wonderful each visit. Staff is great and the property is stunning. All the units that we have stayed in are well equipped, clean and very nicely decorated.
Always a delightful stay and going back again next year with family.
