UNIT #28 is a third floor, end unit, with panoramic front and side views over the beach and bay. There is a screened porch off of the living room with a 6 seat dining table and an open porch off of the master bedroom with two lounge chairs. Private & tranquil, yet easy access to Avalon facilities. Master bedroom has a king size bed plus sitting area, the second bedroom has a king size bed plus sitting area and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds plus office & desk facilities. There are 4 LCD TVs, DVD players and an IPOD docking station.

The African condo
The community was lovely as always and improving. The unit was very accommodating but was void of serving platters and insulated plastic glasses.

A vacation ruined on Grand Cayman
We have been coming to Cayman for 25 years and staying at Avalon for many of those years. This was our first time back after Covid and we rented unit 28. The unit was lovely but unfortunately was immediately adjacent to a very large construction site about which we were never told when we made these reservations almost a year ago. During our entire 16 days there we had only 1.5 days [one Saturday afternoon and one Sunday] of peace and quiet out on our porch without incessant construction noise - banging, drilling, heavy equipment, etc.Had we been told about this construction right next door to our unit, we never would have come and spent $1300/night or we would have requested unit 20 or 21 at the other end. It is unconscionable that no one told us. Our vacation which we had planned, spent a lot of money on, and so looked forward to, was ruined by this thoughtlessness.- Anonymous from Lewiston, Posted: 2/2/2023
Beachfront Paradise
