Our deluxe, low-density condos in the Cayman Islands are located within three buildings and all face the ocean. Each building houses a total of nine 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villas situated on three floors connected by an elevator. Of the 27 individually owned units, 19 are currently available for rental.

Each professionally decorated condo is similar in overall design and has recently been updated to feature Corian or granite countertops in the gourmet kitchen and bath areas. We have also recently completed a total exterior renovation, including landscaping throughout the property and a newly updated and enlarged fitness center.
