Deposit Requirements & Policy
We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express. Up to and including three days, full payment required. Over seven days - 50% of stay, balance due on arrival. Christmas & New Year bookings must be fully prepaid by August 31st and are non-refundable thereafter. Seven nights minimum stay during Holiday High Season periods. If cancellation or changes are received prior to sixty days of reservation in Winter or thirty days in Summer, there is no penalty and the deposit less 4% service fee will be refunded. If cancellation or changes are received within the penalty period, the full deposit is forfeited. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Other Fees:
6% Gratuity added in lieu of tipping
10% Government Tax
