Deposit Requirements
Up to and including three days - full payment. Over seven days - 50% of stay, balance on arrival. Christmas fully prepaid by August 31st. Non - refundable thereafter. 7 nights minimum stay holiday high season periods. If cancellation or changes are received sixty days prior to start of reservation in winter or thirty days in summer - no penalty. The deposit less 4% service fee will be refunded. If cancellation or changes are received within the penalty period, the full deposit is forfeited.

6% gratuity charges in lieu of tipping, 10% govt. Tax.
