Our Cayman Islands condos are located on a gorgeous, private section of Seven Mile Beach and offer a wide 300 ft of beachfront; a deep setback from the ocean gives The Avalon a much larger beach footage (usable area) than most of the other rental properties in the area. Since it is one of the few remaining three storey properties in the luxury bracket on Seven Mile Beach (compared to the six or seven storey buildings closer to George Town), guests enjoy all the benefits that this low density living affords. Your space is your own and you are unlikely to be rubbing elbows with your neighbors on the beach. The Avalon is located in isolation for holiday peace and tranquility - the property to the south is non-rental and to the north is a vacant lot with no future plans for development.
Each of the twenty seven condos has three bedrooms and three bathrooms - the master bathroom generally contains an oversized tub and separate shower stall. The large living and dining room area opens out from the kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and amenities. Corian or granite countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms are standard in each unit.
A large, screened lanai allows protected outdoor dining right next to the beach, and each condominium is centrally air conditioned throughout. Wireless high speed internet access is provided in each villa allowing multiple usage by guests.
A fitness centre, swimming pool, hot tub and lighted tennis court are also available, and each unit has its own private garage.

History of The Avalon Condominiums
The Avalon Condominiums are located on the broadest and most beautiful 300 feet of Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands. Originally built in 1995 by Brian Butler, our luxurious Grand Cayman condominiums consist of three buildings, all ocean front with three floors connected by an elevator.
Each building houses a total of nine individually owned three bedroom, three bathroom condos. Of the twenty seven total units, eighteen are currently available for rental. Each of our Cayman Islands condos is similar in design and has recently been updated to feature Corian or granite countertops in the kitchen and bath areas. We have also recently completed a total exterior renovation including landscaping throughout the property and a state of the art pool filtration system.
