About The Avalon

Originally built in 1995 by Brian Butler, our deluxe Grand Cayman condominiums consist of three buildings, all ocean front, with three floors connected by an elevator. Each building houses a total of 9 individually-owned 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condos. Of the 27 total units, 19 are currently available for rental.
Luxury Seven Mile Beach Condos
All of our deluxe Seven Mile Beach condos are similar in design and have recently been updated to feature Corian or granite countertops in the kitchen and bath areas. The master bathroom in each unit generally contains an oversized tub and separate shower stall, and the large living and dining room area opens out from the kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. A large, screened lanai allows protected outdoor dining right next to the breathtaking beach, and each of our Grand Cayman villas are centrally air conditioned throughout, offer free wireless high speed internet and include private enclosed parking.
We have also completed a total exterior renovation, including landscaping throughout the property, newly updated and enlarged fitness center, lighted tennis court, hot tub and state of the art pool filtration system.

In Trip Advisor's 2011 Traveler Choice Awards, Seven Mile Beach was rated #7 in the World's Best Beaches category and #5 in the Caribbean's Best Beaches category. Grand Cayman's beautiful Seven Mile Beach also won the World Travel Awards' World's Leading Beach in 2001.
Our Grand Cayman villas are located on a gorgeous, private section of this award-winning beach and offer a wide 300 feet of beachfront. A deep setback from the ocean gives The Avalon a much larger useable beach area than most of the other rental properties in the area.
The Avalon is ideally located for holiday peace and tranquility - the property to the south is non-rental and to the north is a vacant lot with no future plans for development. Since it is one of the few remaining three storey properties in the luxury bracket on Seven Mile Beach (compared to the six or seven storey buildings closer to George Town), guests enjoy all the benefits that this low density living affords. Your space is your own and you can enjoy private serenity and unforgettable seascapes without bumping elbows with your neighbors on the beach.
